A company is looking for a Coding Auditor, Remote. Key Responsibilities Review medical records for compliance with CMS and coding best practices Assess the accuracy and appropriateness of diagnosis codes in medical records Communicate audit findings and corrections to the coding leadership and clinical team Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Coding Certification (CPC) through AAPC or AHIMA CRC AAPC Certification preferred Expertise in ICD-10, risk adjustment/HCC, and CPT coding methodologies 3+ years of coding audit experience and 5+ years of total coding experience Strong familiarity with coding guidelines and the Coding Clinic
