Remote Compensation Analyst
A company is looking for an Analyst-Compensation to provide administrative support to the regional Compensation function.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the regional Compensation function
Make operating decisions and take actions based on the interpretation of general policies
Maintain confidentiality of personnel information and exercise independent judgment
Required Qualifications
Two years of experience analyzing/managing data using spreadsheets and data management tools
Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business, finance, or related field or equivalent experience
Solid technical and analytical ability using spreadsheet, database, and ERP systems
Able to work independently under supervision and analyze data to recommend actions
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to support Compensation and HR operations
