Remote Customer Service Specialist
A company is looking for an Outbound Customer Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Coverage Kanban to ensure timely coverage of assigned hearings
Provide onboarding and training for attorneys, including online resources and FAQs
Maintain communication with clients regarding hearing statuses and address customer service inquiries
Required Qualifications
Experience in team building
Prior experience in phone sales, instruction, or coordination is helpful but not required
Legal experience or education is beneficial but not required
Proficiency in English is essential
Must reflect a professional demeanor on the telephone
