A company is looking for a Dispatch Specialist (Remote). Key Responsibilities: Manages the Coverage Kanban to ensure timely coverage of assigned hearings Provides onboarding and training for attorneys, including online resources and FAQs Maintains communication with clients and attorneys regarding hearing statuses and coverage needs Qualifications: Experience in team building Prior experience in phone sales, instruction, or coordination is helpful but not required Legal experience or education is beneficial but not mandatory Professional demeanor and technical savvy on the phone Proficiency in English, including strong writing skills
