Remote Experience Banker
A company is looking for an Experience Banker to provide phone and online chat support for various banking products and services. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with online banking issues and process address changes Handle suspicious debit card activity and assist loan customers with inquiries Support the Experience Banking Manager and perform additional duties as needed Required Qualifications Associates degree or equivalent experience Willingness to work overtime as needed Prior experience in Financial Services or a call center/customer service environment is a plus Bilingual skills are a plus Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
