Key Responsibilities Teach asynchronous undergraduate and graduate courses, focusing on student engagement and achievement Develop and improve course materials and innovative teaching practices in collaboration with instructional designers Participate in departmental meetings and support faculty and staff through mentoring and shared governance activities Required Qualifications Earned Master's degree in a discipline aligned with the academic program For Doctoral Faculty: Earned doctorate in a related discipline At least 3 years of graduate-level teaching experience Qualitative or quantitative research experience Familiarity with best practices in teaching and learning, especially in virtual environments
