Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and staff within the work unit to support institutional and departmental directives Support continuous improvement efforts and suggest enhancements to workflow and productivity Assist with statistical data for providers and leadership, and attend necessary meetings Required Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent required Minimum of two years of health information experience required Associate degree in a health care field or business preferred for HIMS Operations Experience with dictation, computer, and transcription equipment required in Documentation Services Applicable AHIMA, HIMSS, AHDI, CHDS, and RHDS credentials preferred; RHIT or RHIA certification preferred
