Remote HR Recruiting Specialist
A company is looking for an HR International Remote Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Develop and implement employee engagement programs and monitor employee satisfaction
Required Qualifications
High School graduate; 2- or 4-year college graduate preferred
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting
Strong understanding of international recruitment practices and legal requirements
Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruitment tools
Excellent knowledge of Office suite
