Remote Member Service Representative
A company is looking for a Member Service Representative to provide support to stakeholders regarding health plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize resources to effectively respond to and resolve customer inquiries while delivering outstanding service
Handle a high volume of incoming calls from members and providers, documenting interactions as per departmental policies
Maintain knowledge of contracts and policies to accurately interpret information and meet departmental goals
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Prior professional work experience, ideally in customer service; call center experience not required as training is provided
Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to prioritize a high volume of requests
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products; bilingual skills in Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole are desirable
Able to work from home with reliable internet access and maintain regular attendance
