Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers to schedule appointments and provide healthcare information Conduct outreach for preventative health screenings and assess for high-risk healthcare appointments Assist members and patients with benefits and insurance information and conduct surveys Required Qualifications High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required Strong computer experience, including data entry and navigation Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties Able to provide two monitors of at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
