Remote Member Service Specialist
A company is looking for a Member Service Specialist to provide support to members, pharmacies, and doctors' offices in a remote contact center environment.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and handle incoming calls or emails regarding medication and benefits inquiries
Investigate and resolve member inquiries or escalate to the appropriate team member as needed
Adhere to standard operating procedures and training guidelines specific to HIPAA
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED is required
1 year of customer service experience
Must be eligible to work in the United States without a work visa or residency sponsorship
Strong PC skills with the ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
