A company is looking for a Multispecialty Remote Pro Fee Coder. Key Responsibilities Select and sequence ICD-10 and/or CPT/HCPCS codes for various patient types Review facility records to ensure accurate APC assignments and coding reflect documented diagnoses/procedures Abstract clinical data post-documentation review to support the selected diagnoses and procedures Required Qualifications and Education Active AHIMA or AAPC credential Two years of recent hands-on coding experience Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, ICD-10, and CPT/HCPCS code sets Ability to maintain a 95% coding quality threshold Proficient in MS Office applications
