A company is looking for a Processing Manager to build and lead a new processing department remotely. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle, manual loan processing from intake through clear-to-close Work closely with the closing department to ensure accurate and timely closings Build out department processes, workflows, and systems from scratch Requirements: Must reside in Eastern or Central Time Zone (required) Must have been a Processing Manager within the last 12 months (required) Must have experience managing a remote processing team (required) 5+ years of recent hands-on experience processing mortgage loans Must have closing experience
