Remote Talent Acquisition Coordinator
A company is looking for a Remote Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Temporary.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with onboarding future employees by completing reference checks and monitoring background checks
Communicate and collaborate with candidates, TA members, and hiring managers to resolve requests accurately and timely
Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and maintain confidential candidate/employee files
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
3 years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree
Minimum 6 months of recent experience in an HR-related role
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
