Key Responsibilities Provide telephone customer service claims support to dealers Assist dealers with claims preapprovals and post approvals Conduct transactions according to claims policies and procedures Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred One year of related experience, preferably in Automotive Warranty or as a Service Advisor Basic computer systems knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
