Renewal Account Manager
A company is looking for a Renewal Account Manager (English and Spanish).
Key Responsibilities
Analyze customer contracts and product selections to determine optimal renewal paths
Maintain positive relationships with customers and partners, addressing inquiries and concerns during the renewal process
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth from existing customers
Required Qualifications
Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing preferred, or relevant experience
Experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Renewal Management preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce tools and other relevant software
Experience in the technology industry or SaaS-based organization is highly desirable
