Renewals Account Management Manager
A company is looking for a Manager, Renewals Account Management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Renewals Account Managers to achieve business targets
Collaborate with new business sales to define and execute a strategic sales plan
Drive customer retention and identify upsell opportunities within the existing customer base
Required Qualifications
Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
Degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field, or relevant work experience
Proven track record in managing and growing renewals or sales teams focused on recurring revenue
Strong understanding of subscription-based business models
Previous leadership experience, including first line management
