Renewals Associate
A company is looking for a Renewals Associate to manage customer renewals and drive contract expansions.
Key Responsibilities
Own and lead the renewals process in collaboration with the account team to enhance customer contracts and relationships
Engage with key decision-makers to identify customer requirements and ensure on-time commitments
Negotiate and execute renewal contracts while identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer growth
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Post-Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management, preferably in an Enterprise SaaS environment
Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing large, complex contracts
Experience collaborating with internal cross-functional partners and customer-facing teams
Solid understanding of Enterprise SaaS applications and collaboration technology
History of achieving personal and team goals in a rapidly changing environment
