SuccessFactors LMS Administrator
A company is looking for a SuccessFactors LMS Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for SuccessFactors LMS-related issues
Act as a liaison between end-users, HRIS, IT, and vendor support to resolve system issues
Analyze trends in support issues and maintain system documentation
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a SuccessFactors LMS Administrator
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, HR, or a related field
Proficiency in ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk)
Experience with BizX and knowledge of SCORM/AICC content standards
Heavy reporting and data extraction experience
