Research Senior Technician
A company is looking for a Research Senior Technician to conduct fisheries research and assessment. Key Responsibilities Conduct field surveys and collect biological and physical/chemical samples Design and implement fisheries research projects, including data collection and statistical analyses Assist and train less experienced colleagues and manage laboratory and research equipment Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Fisheries, Aquatic Ecology, Environmental Science, or related field Two years of fisheries sampling experience and some experience working on a research vessel Experience with fisheries sampling equipment and basic statistical/data management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Demonstrable written and verbal skills
