A company is looking for a Residential VDC Standards Specialist to manage and standardize 3D modeling guidelines in the residential construction industry. Key Responsibilities Transform and manage 3D modeling guidelines for residential industry digital design standards Oversee the adoption of innovative workflows within Revit and ensure model integration into the 3D workflow Develop training materials and maintain a curated selection of prebuilt models for internal stakeholders Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in the residential design and construction industry, preferably as a BIM or VDC Manager or Coordinator Proficiency with Autodesk's AEC Collection, including Revit and AutoCAD Experience in developing models for construction drawings from schematic to construction document phases Familiarity with BIM standards management across an organization for residential design and construction Understanding of the processes involved in the design and construction of single-family dwellings

4+ years of experience in the residential design and construction industry, preferably as a BIM or VDC Manager or Coordinator
Proficiency with Autodesk's AEC Collection, including Revit and AutoCAD
Experience in developing models for construction drawings from schematic to construction document phases
Familiarity with BIM standards management across an organization for residential design and construction
Understanding of the processes involved in the design and construction of single-family dwellings
