Retention Account Manager
A company is looking for a Retention Account Manager (EST and CST).
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain valued relationships with customers to drive business growth and ensure retention
Manage all renewal, contract negotiation, and commercial activities for customers
Identify upsell opportunities and new business leads within the existing account base
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a Sales or Customer Success/Account Management role focused on revenue growth
Experience analyzing customer behavior and developing targeted retention strategies
Proven ability to lead negotiation processes and manage customer renewals and upsells
Experience managing a large book of business
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
