Key Responsibilities
Support customer retention by addressing disconnect requests and resolving outstanding issues
Encourage retention through proactive outreach at critical points in the customer lifecycle
Meet or exceed budgeted retention goals across all product lines
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or GED
2-5 years of relevant work experience
Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
Proven track record in customer service or sales roles
Familiarity with digital tools and technology products
