Retirement Contact Center Associate
A company is looking for a Process Associate for US institutional Retirement Contact Centre - Remote US.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries regarding retirement benefits via phone, averaging 40-60 calls per day
Assist participants with account maintenance, plan enrollments, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Provide information on plan features and investment options, and resolve participant issues efficiently
Required Qualifications
Relevant experience in retirement call center or customer service
Minimum internet connectivity of 25MBPS and a quiet workspace for remote work
Flexibility to work shifts based on call center hours
Any graduate with proficiency in retirement plan record-keeping systems and Microsoft Office
Strong understanding of retirement plans, IRS regulations, and ERISA requirements
