Revenue Operations Director
A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Director to lead revenue operations and analytics, optimize CRM functionality, and provide data-driven insights for organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee CRM systems for accurate reporting, forecasting, and analytics while driving system enhancements and adoption
Design, implement, and optimize scalable sales and revenue processes, including territory planning and pipeline management
Analyze pipeline and revenue data to provide forecasting and actionable insights for senior leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related field
10+ years of experience in revenue planning or revenue operations in the SaaS or technology industry
Demonstrated leadership in driving sales process improvements and cross-functional initiatives
Strong knowledge of IT/SaaS Industry and HubSpot CRM (or closely related CRM)
Ability to design, model, and administer commission plans
