RHEL System Engineer

A company is looking for a RHEL System Engineer to lead in-place upgrades, automated patching, and network configuration in a VMware-based Linux environment. Key Responsibilities Execute in-place upgrades across RHEL systems (6, 7, 8) hosted on VMware Build and run Ansible playbooks for patching, configuration, and upgrade tasks Map and manage IP addresses, network interfaces, and system routing Required Qualifications 5 years hands-on RHEL administration with versions 6 through 8 3 years of BASH/ksh/sh shell scripting experience 3 years of RHEL administration on VMware virtualization 3 years experience with major RHEL release upgrades Demonstrated understanding of IP networking fundamentals
