A company is looking for a Robotics IT Manager - OpenSpan/Automation Anywhere to lead enterprise automation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of RPA/robotics solutions across business verticals using OpenSpan or Automation Anywhere Manage a team of developers, analysts, and support resources to ensure quality execution and operational excellence Design and implement robust automation governance, including compliance and change control processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in applications development, applications analysis or systems engineering, OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in applications development, applications analysis or systems engineering 12+ years of experience in IT, with at least 8 years in RPA/robotics leadership roles Hands-on expertise in OpenSpan (Pega RPA) or Automation Anywhere Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and large-scale automation portfolios
