A company is looking for a Rule of Law Technical Advisor - Retainer. Key Responsibilities Analyze data related to prison infrastructure and lead master planning for the prison Provide expert advice on program proposals and strategic direction related to Rule of Law Participate in project evaluations and facilitate knowledge sharing and training on best practices Required Qualifications An advanced university degree in Law with a focus on Criminal Law or Penitentiary Law is required A second university degree with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience may be accepted A minimum of 7 years of experience in the Public Penitentiary System or similar is required Experience in prison management, judicial or criminal system management is required Fluency in English is required; proficiency in another UN language is desirable
