Sales Acceleration Leader
A company is looking for a Leader, GTM Sales Acceleration.
Key Responsibilities
Lead global strategy for developing and onboarding revenue leaders across various roles
Develop a comprehensive Revenue Leader Pathway, including leadership training focused on key competencies
Design and execute immersive onboarding experiences that align new leaders with the company's culture and values
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience (6+) in sales leadership with a track record of coaching high-performing teams
Solid experience (3+) in enablement or sales-related roles with people management experience
Established experience (4+) in talent management, including onboarding or leader enablement programs
Ability to design and deliver impactful training for sales leaders, including playbooks
Robust experience in value selling methodologies and sales process understanding
