Sales Administrative Coordinator
A company is looking for a Sales Administrative Coordinator who will work remotely within the Charlotte, NC region.
Key Responsibilities
Manage account setups and maintenance, including price list updates and sales assignments
Process invoices and prepare sales and expense reports while tracking incentives and growth
Organize meetings, manage travel arrangements, and assist with onboarding new personnel
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant work experience may substitute for degree
Experience in a senior administrative role supporting sales teams is desired
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of products
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple projects
