Sales Compensation Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Global Sales Compensation to oversee global sales commission accounting and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: Administer the Global Sales Incentive Plan, including distribution and tracking of plans Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate data for sales compensation calculations Ensure timely calculation of sales compensation and preparation of financial reporting and metrics Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance with at least 5 years of relevant experience Corporate accounting experience within a public company is preferred Knowledge of IFRS 15 accounting for costs related to customer contracts Proven analytical skills and ability to interpret business data Experience with MS Excel and familiarity with ERPs and incentive compensation tools
