Sales Development Operations Analyst
A company is looking for a Sales Development Operations Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to SDR Leadership & Managers, providing strategic guidance and support
Deliver regular, deeply analytical insights on SDR performance to stakeholders across various departments
Implement and refine self-serve reports, analyze pipeline generation needs, and optimize the SDR user experience in Salesforce
Required Qualifications
0-1 years of experience in Sales Operations/Revenue Operations in B2B SaaS environments
Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, and Word
Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms is a plus
BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred
