Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage retirement plan documents and ensure compliance with system setups Consult with clients and internal teams on complex plan design changes and business risks Assist with plan terminations and develop filing packages for regulatory submissions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience Five years of pension/retirement plan experience In-depth knowledge of retirement plan regulations and plan documents Organizational skills Proficiency using MS Office tools
