Sales Distribution Manager

A company is looking for a Sales Distribution Manager to strategically develop distribution channels for select pump lines across North America. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of the annual business and marketing plan, including pricing strategy Establish and manage distribution channels for select pump products and support new product launches Provide training curriculum for new employees and the sales team while maintaining regular contact with the Sales Organization Required Qualifications Proven experience in sales and distribution management, preferably in the pump or related industry Strong understanding of market analysis and product development feedback processes Experience in creating and managing marketing and sales plans Ability to build and maintain relationships with OEM customers Experience in developing training programs for sales teams and new employees
