Sales Enablement Product Manager
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of sales assessment tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Define customer needs using data and direct engagement
Create a roadmap for the organizational and sales assessment portfolio
Collaborate with teams to integrate existing assessments and develop go-to-market strategies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, product management, or a related field preferred
5+ years of experience in product management and/or development
3+ years of experience in global product strategy
Experience with competency, sales performance, or organizational assessments preferred
Proven track record in product creation, launch, and management
