Sales Excellence Manager
A company is looking for a Sales Excellence Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and define a predictable rhythm of connection (RoC) and provide business insights for positive changes
Coach managers and sellers on business planning fundamentals and advise on sales strategies for opportunity management
Support sales growth through account planning and analyze performance to suggest improvements
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, account management, or related fields
3+ years of experience using data to drive business outcomes
3+ years of experience managing relationships with stakeholders or clients
Bachelor's Degree in a related field (preferred)
Project or change management experience (preferred)
