Sales Excellence Manager
A company is looking for a Sales Excellence Manager to support high-impact sales motions within the U.S. Manufacturing business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the monthly forecasting process and deliver accurate performance views to support decision-making
Monitor pipeline health and provide recommendations to sales leaders for opportunity focus
Identify and modernize manual processes, building scalable tools and dashboards for better decision-making
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, account management, or related fields
3+ years of experience using data to drive business outcomes or inform decisions
3+ years of experience managing relationships with stakeholders or clients
Advanced Excel skills, including comfort with modeling and common formulas
Bachelor's Degree in a related field (preferred)
