Sales Incentive Analyst
A company is looking for a Territory Management and Sales Incentive Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Design and optimize data-driven sales incentive plans to maximize revenue growth
Develop and maintain equitable territory structures for balanced market coverage
Monitor and validate sales performance KPIs and bonus calculations for accurate payouts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
4+ years in sales operations, incentive compensation, or territory management, preferably in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry
Proficiency in SAP BW, HANA, and analytical tools such as Tableau or Snowflake
Experience with financial reporting and discussing budgets and bonus impacts
Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
