Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue generation and build relationships with executive-level decision-makers in the Cosmetics and Beauty industry
Conduct tailored sales presentations and lead complex sales cycles from initial contact to deal closure
Analyze customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to propose customized solutions that deliver value
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of proven success in sales, particularly in PLM or related industries
Deep understanding of the Cosmetics, Beauty, or FMCG industry, focusing on product lifecycle management
Experience in selling complex software solutions with a track record of closing high-value contracts
Proven history of meeting or exceeding annual quotas and KPIs
Fluency in both Japanese and English, with the ability to work in a bilingual setting
