Interim People Operations Manager
A company is looking for an Interim People Operations Manager to cover an 8-month maternity leave.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare performance review materials and coordinate compensation calculations
Maintain HRIS and manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and payroll preparation
Support recruiting efforts and manage project logistics for company events
Required Qualifications
Based in Singapore with access to CorpPass/SingPass
5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR coordination, or program management
Experience leading performance review and compensation cycles
Familiarity with international HR compliance and relevant HR tools
Strong data orientation with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
