Sales Onboarding Manager
A company is looking for an Onboarding Manager to enhance the onboarding experience for new sales hires.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for all sales new hires during their onboarding journey
Own the end-to-end Sales Onboarding program from Day 1 welcome to full ramp-up
Partner with the Sales Enablement Manager to deliver engaging training content and coordinate sessions
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in onboarding, enablement, sales operations, or HR coordination, preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity
Highly organized and able to manage multiple onboarding cohorts effectively
Creative and energetic with a talent for engaging new hires
Familiarity with enablement tools and basic CRM systems
A collaborative individual who values support and positivity in the workplace
