Sales Operations Director
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Director to support their sales team by optimizing processes and managing performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, design, and implement efficient sales processes to improve conversion rates and streamline workflows
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on KPIs, forecasts, and sales performance
Manage order processing and sales support for the U.S. team
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
4+ years of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, or a related role
Experience managing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
