Sales Operations Program Manager

Key Responsibilities
Manage escalation support for complex issues and conduct root cause analysis for process improvements
Perform audits, data management, and reporting to enhance operational efficiency and support account management
Engage in quota distribution, awards review processes, and revenue excellence initiatives to ensure accurate financial operations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Accounting, Information Systems, Social Sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience
Experience in data analysis and reporting using tools such as PowerBI and Excel
Internal business stakeholder problem resolution and escalation experience
3+ years of experience in sales operations, project management, analytics, or related fields preferred
Familiarity with sales processes, tools, and strategies
