Sales Support Account Coordinator
A company is looking for an Account Coordinator | Sales Support (FSR).
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for the Sales team for onboarding new accounts, including setup and inventory management
Monitor performance trends and collaborate with Territory Manager and Regional Director to improve account performance
Troubleshoot customer issues and maintain a positive relationship with customers and internal teams
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-volume customer care or sales support environment
Hands-on knowledge and experience with SaaS systems, including Salesforce.com or other CRM software
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in the healthcare field or account onboarding
Data-driven with experience using Excel and SFDC reporting
Strong background and passion for customer care
