Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team to enhance customer experience and achieve service level goals
Monitor and communicate performance metrics, ensuring quality assessments and feedback
Oversee customer support case organization and delegate responsibilities as necessary
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED is required
3+ years of Customer Service experience, preferably in retail or hospitality
1+ year of prior people management experience required
1+ year of Customer Service Center Team Lead or equivalent experience
Thorough knowledge of email, internet browsers, and Google platform
