Salesforce Application Analyst
A company is looking for an Application Analyst specializing in Salesforce to provide support for Salesforce users and processes. Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 1 help desk support and triage support tickets Monitor and respond to user requests, escalating issues as necessary Create and maintain documentation for end users on application processes Required Qualifications 1-3 years of customer and/or application support experience in a technical environment 1-2 years of general systems experience Associate degree in a technology-focused field is preferred Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus Experience with ITSM tools or project management software is advantageous
