Key Responsibilities Assist in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud configuration, declarative development, and system integrations Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions Configure, test, document, and maintain solutions, integrations, and data migration elements Required Qualifications 3+ years in Salesforce declarative development or technical analyst roles, with 2+ years configuring Salesforce products Proficiency in Flow, Process Builder, Lightning Components, and familiarity with Salesforce CPQ and SAFE Agile processes Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve them upon hire Experience with automated/manual testing and tools like AutoRABIT, Copado, Gearset, GIT, and VSCode Experience with Revenue Cloud Advanced, DocuSign CLM, Traction Complete, Dell-Boomi, and marketing integrations is desirable
