Salesforce Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day Salesforce administrative tasks including user access, configuration updates, and general support
Administer ReferenceEdge to support scheduling of client reference calls and maintain reports and dashboards for decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and support end-user training for Salesforce-related inquiries
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
1-3 years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator, CRM Support, or Sales Operations role
Salesforce Administrator Certification, or actively pursuing
Familiarity with Salesforce configuration, user management, and reporting tools
Experience documenting Salesforce processes and leading end-user training sessions
