Secret Cleared Customer Service Rep
A company is looking for a Secret Cleared Call Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding program-related questions
Document all customer interactions and inquiries in the designated service management (CRM) system
Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently and enhance customer service procedures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required (or experience substitutions applicable)
6 months of contact center experience required
Proven experience in a customer service or contact center environment
Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM systems or similar tools
Flexibility to work in a shift-based environment, including evenings and weekends as required
