Senior Accountant, External Reporting

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant, External Reporting & Technical Accounting. Key Responsibilities Prepare and assess disclosures for Form 10-K, Form 10-Q, and quarterly earnings releases Manage month-end and quarter-end journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting schedules Conduct technical accounting research and assist in quarterly reviews and annual audits Required Qualifications BS degree in Accounting 3+ years of related experience, preferably in both public and private accounting CPA License preferred Working knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and SOX Extensive knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
