Key Responsibilities Support month-end closes, including account analysis, journal entries, and G/L account reconciliations Assist in staff training and ensure adherence to policies and internal controls Prepare detail audit schedules and analysis for financial statement audits Required Qualifications 5-7 years of related job experience 2-3 years of leadership experience Financial reporting experience, including full sets of Financial Statements and G/L accounting BA Degree or equivalent experience in Accounting/Finance HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification within 9 months of hire
